We are looking for a Mobile Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for our innovative Mobile Services brand as we launch into the U.S. market. This is the first dedicated marketing role within the company, and the ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in early-stage environments. You will be both strategist and operator—developing the marketing roadmap while personally executing campaigns across channels.
You will work closely with the founding team to shape brand positioning, define go-to-market strategy, and build the foundation for a scalable marketing organization. While you will not be responsible for developing creative concepts from scratch (though you certainly can pitch them), proficiency with basic design tools is required to produce and manage campaign assets. This role will evolve as the organization grows, with the opportunity to build and lead the marketing function over time.

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for U.S. launch, including positioning, messaging, channel mix, and budget allocation.
• Own end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across mobile, digital, and paid acquisition channels (e.g., paid social, search, affiliate, influencer, app install campaigns).
• Define and manage customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Establish marketing KPIs, attribution models, and reporting frameworks; analyze performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Customer Support) to align marketing with product roadmap and growth objectives.
• Manage CRM, email, SMS, and push notification campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
• Oversee website and app store presence (ASO), ensuring messaging clarity and conversion optimization.
• Coordinate with external creative resources and agencies as needed; prepare briefs and manage asset production.
• Utilize basic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) to create or modify campaign assets when required.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional strategy.
• Build foundational marketing processes, documentation, and vendor relationships.
• Develop hiring plans and organizational structure for future marketing team expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in mobile, telecom, fintech, SaaS, or other consumer-facing digital products.
• Demonstrated success launching and scaling digital acquisition campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Experience owning marketing strategy while also executing campaigns directly.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, attribution tools, CRM systems).
• Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels.
• Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing, CRM, and performance marketing best practices.
• Proficiency with basic design and content tools sufficient to produce and edit campaign materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in an early-stage startup environment with limited structure.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) space or broader telecommunications industry.
• Experience launching consumer brands in the U.S. market.
• Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) and mobile app growth strategies.
