Enter data accurately and efficiently into relevant databases and systems
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete information
Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records
Organize and file digital and physical documents as needed
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Communicate with other departments to obtain necessary information
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
Assist with administrative tasks as required
